As the Head of APAC, you will continue to lead our commercial success in the region.

What You’ll Do:

  • Report to the London based Head of International, and work closely with regional and global leadership teams
  • Oversee a team across 5 regional offices in HK, Tokyo, Singapore, Seoul and Shanghai
  • Be responsible for day-to-day management decision making as well as delivering against the strategic plan
  • Own the regional budget and KPIs
  • Identify, define and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency and achieve performance gains
  • Lead client advocacy and work with local teams to design an APAC client retention and growth strategy
  • Extend our reach into both existing and new markets
  • Drive close cooperation between the offices as we share best practises throughout the organisation

What You Have:

  • University degree from a top-tier institution
  • 15+ years’ experience as a Regional/Divisional Director in a Professional Services firm or Corporate; or Sales Director responsible for regional/global teams
  • A results-driven work ethic with a track record of managing a fast-growing business across multiple offices and business lines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to delve into details
  • Fluent English is essential with other languages a plus.
