What unites us

The work we do here matters.

Not just to our clients, but to us as well.  Six core values shape how we think, how we collaborate, and how we deliver every day.

01

Keep asking why.

Clients come to us with questions. We don’t stop until we’re satisfied with the answers.

02

Nothing stands in our way.

Hard problems don’t yield on the first try. We stay with them until they break.

03

Trust is everything.

Every engagement runs through compliance because we mean it. Standards are not for sale.

04

There's always a way.

We find the path through. The right answer rarely arrives the way we expected.

05

Stand by your word.

When you take it on, it’s yours. Ownership is the unit of progress here.

06

Bring your best.

Clients trust us because we earn it on every call. The bar resets every morning.

Life at Guidepoint

What it’s actually like to work here.

We asked people who’ve been here a few years what they’d want a candidate to know. These are the things that came up most.

We really are all one team. Many projects pull in people from different offices. You get to know coworkers in other cities pretty quickly, because you’re on calls with them every week.

Wins get noticed. When something goes well—a big project closes, someone gets promoted, a team hits a goal—it gets called out. Not in a forced way; people just like sharing it.

Different backgrounds, same bar. We hire from a lot of different places and backgrounds. Diverse backgrounds, experiences, and points of view are what make our research sharper and our advice more useful, so we treat that variety as an asset, not a checkbox.

You can move around. People switch teams, switch offices, switch functions. If you want to try something different after a year or two, that conversation is normal here. Managers are expected to help, not block.

You’ll build bonds that last. People meet their closest friends here. The shared work, the shared wins, the long days that turn into long nights out; those friendships tend to outlast the jobs themselves.

Pioneering access to expert insight.
