Kaushik: Technology is the driving force of Guidepoint’s business model. My vision for the Guidepoint Technology team is to create an AI-assisted, human driven future where our platform not only connects clients with the world’s most qualified experts in the most expedient and compliant manner but also serves as an indispensable research partner. Providing different modalities of high-quality content and data-driven insights across all industry sectors.

As the CTO and AI Officer, what role does AI play in our future strategy?

Kaushik: AI is an integral part of Guidepoint’s technology and business strategy. From AI-enabled automation of business workflows to augmenting existing capabilities and innovating brand new knowledge-based products with a conversational interface. AI and especially Generative AI is going to be transformational to the business. My goal is to design optimal human-in-the-loop, AI-native platforms to ensure high accuracy and relevancy of content delivery while adhering to the highest compliant standards.
